where to buy compac quartz

Compac is a provider of artificial quartz stone products that can be used for countertops, worktops, and tiles. Compac designs products for use in architectural designs of both commercial and residential types. Since quartz is one of nature's hardest minerals Compac surfaces are among the most durable stone surfaces you can use in your home. What is this stone surface made of? Let's take a look.

Like most quartz surfaces, Compac is stain-resistant but not stain proof. This means that you need to care for Compac surfaces according to the guidelines provided by the producers of the material. There are a variety of spills that can affect your Compac surface. Lustro Italiano has multiple products to help you with cleaning your surfaces.

Lustro Italiano has offered natural stone care products for years. Now, Lustro Italiano provides a line of products to care for your quartz surfaces. You can find our quartz cleaning and care products on this website. We have also written an article that discusses the importance of understanding quartz countertop care and cleaning. Thank you for visiting our website.

Earth Stone & Tile Inc. imports and distributes high quality natural stone such as granite, marble, quartzite and engineered quatz in the form of polished tiles and slabs in New Jersey and its surrounding areas. We provide high quality merchandise, exceptional service and an incredibly dedicated, creative and talented team.

The mixture of approximately 90% hydrogen, natural quartz stone (varies by manufacturer), colour pigments and polyester resin makes quartz material a revolutionary construction material that includes the positive properties of stone and even exceeds it in its functionality and resilience. On the Mohs scale quartz material has a higher hardness than stone. Even in care and cleaning, quartz material is easier to manage.

The market leader in quartz material manufacture is the Cosentino company with its brand Silestone by Cosentino. But the brands like TechniStone, COMPAC, diresco, CaesarStone and ZODIAQ from DuPont are also known worldwide. In addition to the polished and matte surfaces, Silestone by Cosentino also offers surfaces similar to volcanic rock. Thanks to the availability of various edge shapes and different material thicknesses, it is possible to manufacture the most versatile kitchen worktops.

Other important and convincing characteristics of the material lie in its hygienic properties. Through the industrial production of quartz material, a surface is created, which fat and bacteria cannot penetrate. Therefore, it is not even necessary to impregnate or wax the surface. That makes this material ideal for employment in the kitchen, bathroom and especially in hospitals.

But quartz material is not only a high performance material because of its excellent quality. The fascinating variety of colours leaves no wish unfulfilled. Through the manufacturing process of quartz material and the homogeneous mixture of the components in the initial phases, an extraordinary colour consistency is ensured. Various types of finishes are also available: matt, polished and surface finishes similar to volcanic rock.

At Stamford Marble Imports we select our quartz manufacturers and distributors carefully to ensure that we only provide the most high quality products. Our Stamford customers deserve the best for their homes.

Strenthcompac has superior strength and durability. Because it is composed of quartz, compac has high abrasion resistance, exceptional toughness and a ration of 7 out of 10 on the Mohs' hardness scale. This makes it extremely resistant to scratches, chips, cracks or dulling.

Nonporous/Easy to CleanThe smooth, nonporous surface of compac resists even the toughest stains, such as wine, vinegar, tea, soda or fruit or vegetable juices. It maintains its lustrous gloss and ultra-smooth surface for many years without sealants or waxes. And it will not promote the growth of mold, mildew or bacteria. In addition to being easy to clean and maintain, compac is also nontoxic, chemically nonreactive and hypoallergenic, with virtually no off-gassing at normal room temperatures, in accordance with building codes and other local restrictions.

Consistencycompac can be cut to meet exacting requirements with precision, uniformity and consistency. Its color and tone are also consistent throughout helping to create a uniform look for the entire installation.

Lasting valuethe inherent strenght of quarts, one of the hardest natural substances on earth, ensures that compac quartz surfaces will retain their smooth, lustrous appearance for many years. Because compac is resistant to impact and difficult to scratch, chip, crack or dull, it is an investment that will pay you back through years of us.

In addition to the beautiful quartz materials from Compac Surfaces, we also were introduced to their terrazzo products which have custom mix options that have my mind thinking of creative ways to use terrazzo in a new way.

Genesis Ice in green was shown at KBIS as a book match installation. Imagine this as a wall in a soaring living space or as a large kitchen island. The display had me thinking beyond using quartz as a horizontal and practical surface to one that shows how quartz materials can bring beauty into your home in innovative ways. I loved the subtle green color of this quartz which is why I selected it as one of my Design Hounds picks for products from the show.

The cobweb collection, is, of course, inspired by the intricate weaving of a spider web. The veining is lightly connected and denser in some areas. It feels like a natural stone without being an imitation which is a refreshing take on quartz.

KBIS had a huge emphasis on visual texture from many of the manufacturers at the show. Compac had a beautiful range of textures that can be used with the quartz and terrazzo collections when used as a vertical material. The textures had me thinking about subtle sophisticated use as a fireplace surround or room divider.

Compac technological quartz is composed of 93-95% pure quartz, 5-7% agglomerate polymer in high-quality polyester or natural resin and 1% pigment. Quartz is one of the hardest minerals in nature and gives Compac technological quartz countertops outstanding levels of abrasion and scratch resistance. 041b061a72
