Who is the author of Manvi ni Bhavai?




Manvi ni Bhavai is written by Pannalal Patel, a renowned Gujarati author who has contributed immensely to Gujarati literature. He was born on 7 May 1912 in Mandli village (now in Dungarpur, Rajasthan) to Nanasha aka Nanalal and Hiraba, an Anjana Chaudhari family. He died on 6 April 1989 following a brain haemorrhage.


Pannalal Patel was influenced by his father who used to recite Ramayana and other mythological stories for his village. He also drew inspiration from his own experiences and observations of rural life, especially during the famine of 1899-1900.
